WorldSBK Star Scott Redding Signs For Zerofit
Japanese baselayer brand Zerofit has arrived on the global racing stage with the signing of Scott Redding ahead of the new World Superbike Championship season.
Following a successful debut campaign in the BSB Championship in 2024 which saw Zerofit rider Kyle Ryde clinch the title in a dramatic finale at Brands Hatch, Redding becomes the first athlete from the WorldSBK field to rely on the performance of the baselayers in that competition.

The 32-year-old Gloucestershire racer will predominantly use the Ice Weave Baselayer, (pictured below) Zerofit’s most technical baselayer to date, which has been engineered to offer total moisture wicking and cool, dry comfort during the heat of the battle on track.
‘Honestly the most comfortable and coolest undersuits that I have ever put on my body! Massive thank you to Zerofit for levelling me up on the small details,’ said Scott, who has 12 WorldSBK race wins to his name.
Since entering the UK motorcycling market in January 2022, Zerofit baselayers have become firmly established with elite athletes, adventurers and everyday commuters as the must-have product for every day of the year.

The Heatrub Ultimate has been engineered to deliver five times as much warmth as a regular baselayer, while the Heatrub Move offers temperature regulation perfection for milder winter days. The Ice Weave and the Cold Skin are both ideal choices for the summer months, giving riders a cool, dry feeling under their suit or jacket, even in temperatures up to 40° Celsius.
We are incredibly proud that the supremely talented Scott Redding has chosen to wear Zerofit baselayers on the WorldSBK circuit, and we have enjoyed working with him in the off-season,’ said Michael Morton, Zerofit MD.
‘The brand has made tremendous steps since coming into motorcycling, and the signing of Scott is a clear indication of our continued strategy to work with the best riders in the sport. Zerofit baselayers combine cutting edge fabrics, laser-focused technological design and unparalleled levels of comfort, and we are seeing more and more riders discover these performance benefits,’ he added.

Zerofit is also increasing its rider footprint in the BSB for the new season. In addition to Kyle Ryde, the brand has retained Glenn Irwin – Zerofit’s first motorcycling ambassador – and they are joined by Danny Kent, Lee Jackson, Peter Hickman, Charlie Nesbitt, Fraser Rogers, Billy McConnell, Scott Swann and Jamie Davies from the top echelon of BSB.
Zerofit is also committed to working with the best riders in the Support Series, with Richard Cooper, Nikki Coates, Simon Reid, Jamie Lyons, TJ Toms, Sam Laffins, Finley Arscott, Harrison Dessoy and Cameron Dawson also representing the brand this coming campaign.
