Zerofit Europe is based in Northern Ireland and under the Northern Ireland protocol is still part of the EU COMMON MARKET, goods can therefore move freely to both GB and the EU. Unlike GB suppliers into the EU NO duty or country VAT is payable on receipt in your country. The price stated on our website is all you will pay plus the relevant freight as below!

GB and Northern Ireland DELIVERIES

Delivery is free to all mainland UK or Northern Ireland addresses on orders over £35. If order value is under £35 carriage charge is £4.95. This includes Channel Islands and Highlands and Islands

UK and Ireland delivery times

All UK and Ireland parcels are delivered by ROYAL MAIL on a 2-3 WORKING day basis where orders are placed before the 2.30pm cutoff.

In the event that orders are received after 2.30pm they will be shipped the following day to be received within 2 working days thereafter.

Weekend orders - Friday 3pm to Sunday Midnight

In the event  that orders are received after 2.30pm on Friday and before 2.30pm on Monday the goods will be shipped on Monday arriving at the destination on Wednesday or Thursday. 

 

EUROPEAN DELIVERIES – EU member states

Shipment times will vary from country to country, in order to keep costs as low as possible shipments can take between 7 and 21 working days for our standard service, so if you are in a hurry we recommend using one of our premium services! Should you require goods faster we offer two premium DHL courier services as follows:

DHL Economy select - expect shipment times  of between 7-10 days working days

DHL Express Worldwide - expect shipment times of 3 to 5 working days

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EU

Shipment times will vary from country to country, in order to keep costs as low as possible shipments can take between 14 and 28 days for our standard service, so if you are in a hurry we recommend using one of our premium services! Should you require goods faster we offer a two premium DHL courier services as follows:

DHL Economy select - expect shipment times  of between 7-10 days working days

DHL Express Worldwide - expect shipment times of 3 to 5 working days

Please note for deliveries outside the EU you will need to pay import duties and customs charges. Depending on destination these may need to be paid prior to delivery and the local carrier will contact you in this regards.
