Delivery is free to all mainland UK or Northern Ireland addresses on orders over £30. If order value is under £30 carriage charge is £5.95.
UK and Ireland delivery times
All GB parcels are delivered by DHL on a TWO WORKING day basis where orders are placed before the 2.30pm cutoff.
In the event that orders are received after 2.30pm they will be shipped the following day to be received two working days thereafter. In the event that orders are received after 2.30pm on Friday and before 2.30pm on Monday the goods will be shipped on Monday arriving at the destination on Wednesday.

All parcels are delivered by FEDEX – in 90% of the cases these are delivered as per GB parcels (like DHL above).

At ZEROFIT, we want you to be able to shop with confidence. Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from our website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

What Happens Next?
Please contact us on info@zerofit.co.uk and advise us of the item(s) you wish to return together with order number. Alternatively you can call our office on 02896-013757 during office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Please clarify if you would like a replacement or refund. In the event you require a replacement please clarify clearly the item you wish as a replacement. On receipt of the email we will send you a portal link to our returns section with Royal Mail where you can arrange the return. We offer the choice of dropping off at the post office or alternatively you can book a collection from an address of your choice - both options are free of charge.
In the event that you require a refund this will be issued within 1-2 workings days of receipt, goods come back to us on a tracked 48 hour service. Alternatively a replacement(s) will be sent within the same time frame
You should retain any proof of posting, receipt and tracking number for the item returned as we are unable to accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the item.

In order to maintain the highest level of service we use Royal Mail to all locations and as such in order to keep our pricing competitive we subsidize all freight costs to these locations we therefore regrettably cannot offer free returns outside the UK. After two years of research and development, we are delighted to introduce the new Zerofit Ultimate 10K Bike Gloves (£79.95), combining unbeatable warmth, waterproofness and armour protection.
Thousands of motorcyclists all over the world have discovered the unbeatable warmth of the Heatrub Ultimate Baselayer.
This demand led to subsequent calls for the Heat Thread material to be used in a bike-specific glove, with knuckle protection and a 10,000mm waterproof rating.
Ultimate Warmth, Ultimate Gloves
Using the same Heat Threads that exist in the award-winning Heatrub Ultimate Baselayer the Ultimate 10K Gloves generate warmth as soon as they’re pulled on.
These super-soft fibres are activated instantly, and the material construction means the heat is retained for the duration of the journey.
Designed By Bikers, For Bikers
The Ultimate 10K Bike Gloves feature knuckle protection is across the base, middle and top areas, while the thumb and forefinger are touch-screen ready.
The extra-long gauntlet means jackets can be comfortably tucked inside or worn over the top of the gloves externally, creating a highly effective shield from the elements. A reflective strip runs parallel to the velcro strap and buckle for maximum visibility.
Total Waterproofing
The gloves also benefit from an outer shell membrane can withstand a substantial 10,000mm of rainfall in a 24-hour period without leaking, outlasting the heaviest downpours, as well as snow storms. For reference, material that is labelled as waterproof must have a rating of at least 1,500mm/24h.
The highly waterproof nature of the gloves, combined with the same inner material as the Ultimate Baselayer - independently tested and proven to be five times warmer than a standard baselayer in temperatures as low as -10° Celsius - make these products essential this winter.
