For the second successive year, the Zerofit Heatrub Ultimate baselayer has won a highly coveted Editor’s Choice Award in Today’s Golfer, the UK’s best-selling golf magazine, and was the ONLY BASELAYER to do so.
‘Playing through the worst of the winter, we wouldn’t be without a Zerofit baselayer.’
And if the weather forecast in Augusta, Georgia, is accurate, we might well be sending some down to the Peach State for the best golfers on the planet to experience the best warmth on the planet as they do battle for the first Major Championship of 2023.
‘For the Ultimate to be selected above all other baselayers on the market by the team at Today’s Golfer is a huge indication of the warmth that it offers,’ said Michael Morton, Managing Director of Zerofit Europe.
‘Golf was the very first sport that Zerofit products were created for, with the intention of keeping golfers out on the course for 12 months of the year in comfort, so we are delighted to be recognised in this manner.
‘And as the golf season truly gets underway in Europe, we have a huge product announcement to make in the next couple of weeks that will further highlight our growth and commitment to helping golfers play their best,’ he added.
Developed in Japan, the Zerofit Heatrub Ultimate baselayer (£55) has been independently tested at the Boken Institute in Osaka and proven to be five times warmer than a standard baselayer, making it an essential piece of kit in the winter.
Technologically enhanced ‘Heat Threads’ inside the garment are activated through movement, gently brushing against the skin to generate heat instantly. Unlike every other baselayer, the Ultimate does not work on the basis of ‘compression for heat’ – so not only does it provide greater warmth for golfers, they also don’t feel restricted by an inability to swing and they also don’t need multiple additional layers over the top of it.
Right, we’re off for an Azalea Cocktail and a Pimento Cheese sandwich to celebrate!
