Regal Baselayers For Royal Bikers

Regal Baselayers For Royal Bikers

Zerofit and Royal Bikers have entered into a new and exciting partnership that sees the Japanese apparel brand become the official baselayer supplier to the adventure touring group.

With 40 years’ riding experience behind them, Royal Bikers curate stunning, unforgettable adventures for motorcyclists from all over the world under the tutelage of founders Manish Bhaskar and Rajendra Prasad.

These tours take in the scintillating scenery across Ladakh, Spiti, Rajasthan, North-East India, Kerala, Nepal and Bhutan, giving guests an incredible experience in all sorts of extreme and adventurous riding conditions, including travelling at over 19,000ft on the highest motorable road in the world.

As an official Royal Enfield Tour Partner, Royal Bikers organise these guided motorcycle expeditions and their experienced team manages the provision of bikes, all accommodation, meals, logistics and medical support, ensuring complete peace of mind so riders can focus and enjoy their journey.

Adventure riders on these Royal Bikers tours will have the opportunity to use Zerofit baselayers which are scripted to the different temperatures they will encounter, including the Heatrub Ultimate for the coldest days, the Heatrub Move for changeable conditions and the IceSkin for the hottest weather in Asia.

‘We are delighted to be working so closely with Royal Bikers on their incredible adventures – becoming the official baselayer supplier means guests will be able to experience our best-in-class products on these world class tours,’ said Michael Morton, Zerofit MD.

‘We met with Rajendra at Motorcycle Live in November 2025, and it was clear there was a natural alignment between our two brands. Our extensive collection of baselayers are built for a wide range of temperatures and conditions, ensuring the riders are super comfortable, whatever the weather,’ he added.

Zerofit baselayers have become the go-to choice for motorcyclists all over Europe, the Middle East and US since the brand launched into the industry in 2022.
