Jordan Secures First IOM Mountain Title

Zerofit athlete Paul Jordan has become the latest road racer to experience the cool contact performance of the IceSkin Baselayer as he dug deep to win the Historic Junior Classic TT, his first victory on the iconic Isle of Man Mountain Course.
The Northern Irishman finished the race nine seconds clear of his nearest rival, with fellow Zerofit athlete Jamie Coward a further 22 seconds adrift in third.

The race was scheduled for three laps, but weather conditions abbreviated this to a solitary circuit on Friday. Both riders kept sweat under control thanks to the Rhombus Mesh Design of the IceSkin (pictured above).
For Yorkshire rider Coward, this was his first competitive appearance since an injury at the North West 200 which resulted in him missing the TT in June.

Zerofit MD Michael Morton was thrilled to see two of his riders on the box, as the Japanese brand continues to further lay down a marker in the world of road racing, alongside an established presence in the world of BSB, touring and adventure.
‘Paul had a fantastic race, and we are incredibly proud of his efforts, and similarly for Jamie who has done so well to come back from the crash he sustained back in May,’ said Michael.

‘We have made huge progress on the track with the likes of Scott Redding, Danny Kent and Glenn Irwin all relying on the IceSkin this season, and we are continually looking to support riders who provide such thrilling entertainment on the roads.
‘We know nearly everyone who comes to watch the racing is a biker themselves, and while our baselayers are built for elite athletes, they are also very much aimed at every day riders who are looking for quality products under their jacket or leathers 365 days of the year,’ he added.

In addition to Paul and Jamie, Zerofit also has a number of other notable road racers in the books, including Adam McLean, Michael Sweeney, Brian McCormack, Peter Hickman, Richard Cooper and Maria Costello MBE (pictured above).
The IceSkin Baselayer is designed to keep sweat at bay during the warmer months of the year, but with the first day of Autumn officially upon us, Zerofit’s Heatrub Move Baselayer offers adaptable warmth and temperature regulation for the changing conditions of the third season of the year.
