It's Twice As Warm As A Regular Baselayer
The Move has been independently analysed for Heat Retention Levels at the Boken Quality Evaluation Institute in Osaka, and returned a CLO Rating of 0.28, double the score of a standard baselayer which would rank between 0.1-0.14.
This additional warmth means fewer layers are needed over the baselayer, giving users greater flexibility and range of movements.
Temperature Regulation Perfection
The Move features a 45% polypropylene construction on the inside of the baselayer as well as a hollow polyester shell that work in tandem to regulate body temperature, so as you build up a sweat, you don’t overheat in the conditions.
This innovative design of the Move Baselayer also rids sweat from the skin and the hollow polyester design combined with the ‘LABO’ fabric ensures it evaporates off the surface of the garment quickly, so the unpleasant experience of cold sweat on the body never materialises.
Move vs Ultimate Baselayer
The Ultimate is ideal for the coldest possible temperatures, and if the sport or activity you do is lower intensity. It’s five times warmer than a regular baselayer and really is a game changer in temperatures as chilly as -10° Celsius.
The Move Baselayer is suitable for all the same activities as the Ultimate, but also perfect for action sports such as running, cycling, rugby, netball, hockey and football, because of the moisture wicking capabilities. It offers a boost of warmth at the start of activity, but then excels when you work harder for longer in a temperature range of between -5° and 12° Celsius.
