All Day Comfort and Warmth With The Zerofit Heatrub Ultimate Baselayer Collection
When Mr Koji Higashi founded Zerofit back in 2005, he wanted to create a best-in-class baselayer that kept him warm on the golf course – but he was also determined to pioneer a garment that was so soft and comfortable that he could wear it all day out on the golf course without it irritating his skin. The result? The Heatrub Ultimate Baselayer.
Fast forward nearly 20 years and the Ultimate (£59.95) has become the go-to baselayer choice for golfers around the world, as well as for anglers, sailors, skiers, hikers, birdwatchers and motorcyclists, as they’ve discovered this winning combination of all-day comfort and unbeatable warmth, a truly unique fusion of innovations in the thermal garment market. And now is the time to order your favourite colour and size in preparation for the colder days ahead.
You can also have top-to-toe warmth with the accompanying Heatrub Ultimate Leggings (£59.95), Socks (£25), Neckwarmer (£25) and – new for winter 2024 – Heatrub Ultimate Waterproof Gloves and Convertible Mittens (£69.95 per pair) All products utilise the same fabric mix on the inside to offer the same benefits as the baselayer.

The secret to the warmth lies in the Heat Threads that are activated as soon as you pull the baselayer on. The Ultimate was tested for Heat Retention Levels at the Boken Institute in Japan and recorded a rating of 0.78, while a standard baselayer would have a rating of 0.1-0.14, making it a game-changing product in temperatures as low as -10° Celsius.
The all-day comfort is possible because unlike most other baselayers, the Ultimate does not use compression as a technology. Instead, the Heat Threads actively generate warmth, and this additional level of comfort means you can wear the baselayer for hours on end.

And following huge demand, we are delighted to introduce the new Heatrub Ultimate Waterproof Gloves and Convertible Mittens.
As well as featuring the same technology as the baselayer, leggings and socks, the Gloves also feature an innovative outer shell membrane that delivers a waterproof rating of 10,000mm.

This means the Gloves and Mittens can withstand an impressive 10,000mm of rainfall in a 24-hour period without moisture penetrating through the surface, outlasting the heaviest downpours, as well as snow storms. For reference, material that is labelled as waterproof must have a rating of at least 1,500mm/24h.
