EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURN PERIOD
We recognise that during the month of November many of you will be purchasing Christmas gifts and as such during this period goods bought throughout all of November and December can be returned up to the 20th January.
Returns and Refunds
At ZEROFIT, we want you to be able to shop with confidence. Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from our website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

What Happens Next?
Please contact us on info@zerofit.co.uk and advise us of the item(s) you wish to return together with order number. Alternatively you can call our office on 02896-013757 during office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Please clarify if you would like a replacement or refund. In the event you require a replacement please clarify clearly the item you wish as a replacement. On receipt of the email we will send you a portal link to our returns section with Royal Mail where you can arrange the return. We offer the choice of dropping off at the post office or alternatively you can book a collection from an address of your choice - both options are free of charge.
In the event that you require a refund this will be issued within 1-2 workings days of receipt, goods come back to us on a tracked 48 hour service. Alternatively a replacement(s) will be sent within the same time frame
You should retain any proof of posting, receipt and tracking number for the item returned as we are unable to accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the item.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK
In order to maintain the highest level of service we use Royal Mail to all locations and as such in order to keep our pricing competitive we subsidize all freight costs to these locations we therefore regrettably cannot offer free returns outside the UK. Please return any goods you wish replaced or refunded to the following address:
