HEATRUB ULTIMATE BASELAYER

Our most popular baselayer across the entire collection, the award-winning Zerofit Heatrub Ultimate is a best-in-class, game-changing baselayer that has been independently tested and proven to be five times warmer than leading competitors, and twice as warm as a sweater.

Technologically enhanced 'Heat Threads inside the garment are activated through even the slightest of movements, gently brushing against the skin to generate positive warmth instantly and the construction of the Zerofit Heatrub Ultimate means the heat is retained.

Unlike other baselayers, the Ultimate does not work on the basis of 'compression for heat' - so not only does it provide greater warmth, but you also won’t feel restrained by an inability to move freely, making it one of our most comfortable baselayers.

It also features a slightly looser neckline design, which allows some heat to travel out away from the body - during testing and development of the Ultimate, a tighter neckline was found to cause some overheating.

A rigorous product evaluation at the iconic Boken Institute - Japan's leading testing organisation - resulted in a Heat Retention Rating of 0.78; a standard baselayer would have a rating of 0.1-0.14, while a sweater would typically have a rating of around 0.3.

HEATRUB ULTIMATE LEGGINGS

The Heatrub Ultimate Leggings are made from the same material as the award-winning Heatrub Ultimate baselayer, which is five times warmer than a standard baselayer. The leggings are comparable to fleece lined overtrousers, but with the added benefit of ease of movement for active sports and working, even in the coldest of conditions.   

HEATRUB ULTIMATE SOCKS

Designed and manufactured exclusively in Japan, the Zerofit Heatrub Ultimate Socks are now available in two options – Standard Length and Knee Length and both have been engineered using the same Heat Threads that exist in the Heatrub Ultimate baselayer 

Following extensive feedback from existing customers, the new Knee Length Heatrub Ultimate Socks have been created to be easier to slip into motorcycling, hiking and skiing boots, as well as golf shoes. To achieve this, the Nano Pods that exist on the sole of the Standard Length Heatrub Ultimate Socks have been removed, while the length of the new socks has also been increased significantly from 27cm to 35cm to offer more warmth for the lower half of the leg.

THERMAL BOBBLE HAT

The new Thermal Bobble Hat has been developed in Japan with insights from the same innovation team that created the Heatrub Ultimate baselayer, and it’s now available in the UK, Europe and North America for the first time.
