Trailblazer and Record-Breaking Road Racer Maria Costello Joins Zerofit!

We are thrilled to announce that the inspirational and highly successful racer Maria Costello has joined Zerofit for the 2025 season.

Having tested our collection of performance baselayers, Maria will rely on the cool contact performance of the Cold Skin in 2025!

The baselayer has been independently tested and proven to be three times colder than a standard competitor product – perfect for the summer conditions on the track, trail or road.

A true trailblazer in the sport, Maria set a new Guinness World Record back in 2004 when she became the fastest woman to lap the Isle of Man TT course.

A year later, she became the first woman to secure a solo race podium around the iconic Isle of Man TT course, finishing third in the Ultra Lightweight category of the Manx GP!

 In 2009, Maria was recognised for her services to motorcycling with an MBE and she is the only woman to hold the female lap record at all three major international road races - TT, NW200 and Ulster Grand Prix.

In 2019, Maria further made history as the first woman in TT history to compete in both the Sidecar TT and solo Supertwin TT races - on the same race day!
