Podium Finishes And A Lap Record For Zerofit Athletes At Donington

Glenn Irwin led the charge for Zerofit this weekend at Donington Park with a pair of podium finishes in Round Two of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship, as well as setting a new lap record at the Leicestershire circuit.

Glenn (pictured below) was one of 11 riders in the main BSB Championship relying on the new IceSkin baselayer that has been designed to keep riders cool and sweat free thanks to the fusion of the Cool stamp Tech on the front and the Rhombus Mesh Design on the back.

The Northern Irishman showed his consistency throughout the weekend, starting with a fourth-place finish in Race One, before climbing to third and second in Race Two and Three respectively.

His lap record come towards the end of that final race on Lap 19, setting a time of 01:27:832 in front of a packed crowd in the sunshine.

Across the rest of the paddock, more than 30 riders also trusted the performance of Zerofit Baselayers, including the IceSkin, Ice Weave and Cold Skin.

There was further success for these athletes, with Luke Stapleford (pictured above) also claiming two podiums in the Quattro Group British Supersport with a second spot in Race One and a third in Race Two.

In the Pirelli National Sportbike Championship, Zerofit athlete Harrison Dessoy (pictured above) finished second in Race One at Donington and ended the day with a third place in Race Two.

Youngster Peter Willis (pictured below) started his British Talent Cup season off to a great start, finishing seventh and sixth in the two opening races of the campaign.
