Glenn Irwin Re-Signs With Zerofit For 2025

Zerofit is thrilled to announce that British Superbike star Glenn Irwin has extended his contract with the brand for 2025, with the two parties also continuing to collaborate on an exclusive range of ZFGI Merchandise for race fans which will be expanded later in the year.

The 34-year-old became the most successful rider in the history of the North West 200 road race in the superbike category last May, with the Northern Irishman relying on the performance of the Ice Weave Baselayer on his way to a historic weekend in his homeland.

Glenn finished third in the Bennetts BSB Championship as fellow Zerofit athlete Kyle Ryde took the title in dramatic style at Brands Hatch. Both riders switched between the Heatrub MoveCold Skin and Ice Weave baselayers during the course of the 2024 season.

‘We are delighted to have Glenn on board for 2025 and cannot wait to see him back in action when the BSB season starts again in May,’ said Michael Morton, Zerofit MD.

‘When we made the decision to enter the world of elite level professional motorcycling two years ago, the team spent a great deal of time assessing riders’ profiles and their reputations within the industry.

‘It was clear that Glenn was a fans’ favourite and fellow riders had huge respect for him. Since signing with us in November 2023, he has been a wonderful ambassador for our brand and everyone was so proud of his epic achievement at last year’s NW200,’ Mr Morton added.

In the 2024 BSB Championship, Zerofit had five riders finishing in the top 10 of the final standings with Danny Kent, Lee Jackson and Andrew Irwin joining Glenn and Kyle on the baselayer roster.

The current off-season has seen yet more additions to the stable, with Peter Hickman, Charlie Nesbitt, Billy McConnell, Fraser Rogers and Scott Swann all joining from the top echelon of BSB.

Zerofit is also committed to working with the best riders in the Support Series, with Richard Cooper, Nikki Coates, Simon Reid, Jamie Lyons, TJ Toms, Sam Laffins, Finley Arscott, Harrison Dessoy and Cameron Dawson also relying on our baselayers in their respective classes for the new season.

With the bulk of the season taking place in the warmer months of the year, the Cold-to-Touch Technology in the Cold Skin Baselayer has made it incredibly popular amongst the riders, while others prefer the superior moisture-wicking performance of the Ice Weave.

Both baselayers are ideal for touring and adventure bike riders in the summer too, while the Heatrub Ultimate and Move offer unbeatable warmth and protection from the elements in the spring, autumn and winter.
