FREE RETURNS – within UK and Ireland Mainland
We are so confident in how good our products are that should you wish to return any product within 28 days not only will we refund you in full but we will pay for all carriage charges to and from your location.
In order to activate your return please download the returns form here so we can understand why the product was returned. You will have received a ‘My Hermes’ return label with your delivery, please affix this label to an outer box and carefully tape the outer box up. Your goods will have arrived in an outer box please use this to return the parcel and not the inner box. We can only issue a full refund if the product (and packaging) is 100% suitable for resale – just think how you would like to receive it from us and that’s how we expect it to come back to us!
A refund will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt of the return, please allow time for the item to arrive back to us after shipping.
If an item develops a fault that is due to a manufacturing process and not via wear and tear’ we will replace it like-for-like or with a credit that can be applied to any item we have in stock. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to receive more information on this issue.
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE UK AND IRELAND
Unfortunately due to carriage rates to locations outside the UK we cannot offer free returns however we will refund the cost of the product less outward shipping in the event that you wish return the product to us.
